Wet Pot Systems is a self-watering planter designed in Sweden and made in Portugal from 100% natural materials.
The glass cylinder is made by hand and the clay used to make the terracotta pots are all sourced right outside their factory from producers whom they have close relationships with.
Self-watering system
The self-watering system is quite simple. The unglazed terracotta pot made from clay is a porous material, meaning it can absorb water in like a sponge. When you fill the glass cylinder with water, the porous terracotta plant will draw in the water into the soil and through the roots of a plant.
The roots of your plant will take in water as needed so all you have to do is refill the glass pot as needed.
